Dr. Oscar Julian Palma Morales joins the program to discuss his research and work on maritime security and drug trafficking in Colombia. Dr. Morales is a Professor at the Department of International, Political and Urban Studies, and former Director of the Observatory on Illicit Drugs and Weapons, at Universidad del Rosario. He is a member of the Colombian Observatory on Organized Crime. This episode was edited and produced by Jonathan Selling.
