"Scream" has always been a franchise of final girls. Sidney Prescott and Gale Weathers are two of the most consistent, quality characters in any horror franchise of all time. They are legendary for not having one, uninterrupted, consecutive character arc without their storyline ever. Most "Scream" fans assume they are the final girls of all final girls. In today's episode, the Showersheads put the Scream Queens up against the likes of the other top tier final girls in the cinematic landscape: Laurie Strode from "Halloween," Ellen Ripley from "Alien," and Nancy Thompson from "A Nightmare on Elm Street." In addition, each of the Patreon guests highlights one other final girl that stands out as special to their brand of horror. To conclude the episode, Ryan is joined by Michael Schwartz to briefly discuss and review Todd Field's new film "Tar" starring Cate Blanchett.
