There has recently been a news article discussing a not so new idea "can we prevent type 2 diabetes?" and a lot of discussion in the article and in popular press in general revolves around an idea that health issues related to "type 2 diabetes" come from eating "poorly" and being "sedentary" which means it can be cured by two simple things... eating "better" and moving "more",,, but is it really that simple?

Let's start the conversation by looking at this issue based on understanding and principles that I first brought up in a paper over a decade ago related to health, diet and exercise, and fitness vs. fatness
