The rise of the influencers over the last decade has led to many myths and misconceptions about how our body work being perpetuated... perpetuated with the confidence of expertise, where expertise has generally not been achieved, leading to dangerous fad diets and fad exercise trends.
Let's walk through the problem with these obsessions and how being more scientific, medical, and nutrition literate can help us from falling for perpetuated misinformation.
