Show Notes
Too often, we hear "don't follow science, its constantly changing its mind" ... the intention of comments like this is more a rebuttal to marketing pitches and slogans on T-shirts or the PR release coming from 1 study and not from the scientific process... we have to see comments like this as a false flag and a misunderstanding about what we do with a scientific approach to understanding how our body works. Let's talk about how we can approach our body scientifically and correct some of the misguided use of terms that leads to these false flags.
