Show Notes
The way we approach exercise in the gym and fitness center is as if everyone is trying to be a bodybuilder or an athlete... but most are simply trying to exercise for improvements in health. This disconnection means that many exercisers are following very bad advice, or looking to see improvements that are not realistic. Most of these differences are grounded in the myths that lead to misinformation that has formed the narratives we tend use to form our perspectives about how to exercise and more importantly how hard to exercise should we hope to see improvements in our overall performance.
So, how can we do better?
