'Tis the season to map out changes we hope to make in the new year. One of the more often changes that are mapped out is our diet in an attempt to "lose weight." But what is the best diet to allow me to lose weight? Unfortunately, this is where our desire to have a quick and simple fix leads us to a person pitching the one way to diet for weight loss... it almost feels like religion... To help counterbalance this thought, let's revisit a discussion on diet and nutrition.
