It's that time of the year where we move clocks ahead 1 whole hour and as a result we lose productivity... lose sleep... feel tired... feel jet lagged without even traveling. But what is it about a small time change that makes us feel this way? Is there something we can do to combat it? Something we might be able to take to help with easing the effects of the time change?
