I currently work for England Red Roses (Rugby)and Williams Racing (F1) supporting Academy drivers and the Pit Stop Team. Alongside this I run my own online nutrition business called Committed Nutrition Ltd working with a range of different athletes from IM to CrossFit. I have a huge passion for supporting female athletes and helping simplify performance nutrition to make a positive lasting impact."
