Michelle Gibley discusses the possibility of Trump raising tariffs on India over Russian oil. New reciprocal duties implement on Thursday, August 7, and Michelle thinks there could be more deals coming. She notes that we haven’t felt the impact of tariffs yet while the “effective rate” is still rising – and U.S. importers are the ones paying, not international merchants. She doesn’t expect a deal with China for another few months.
