"Uncertainty is a death knell for the market," says Ted Weisberg. He expects stocks to recover once more plans come out of Washington. Ted says Big Tech may have fallen out of favor for the moment but tells investors, "at some point, they're going to be okay" and recover. Some of Ted's tech buys include Meta Platforms (META) and Oracle (ORCL).
