He points to cost-conscious stores like Walmart (WMT) and TJX Companies (TJX) as fortress-like companies that withstand consumer weakness. Chris explains why he doesn't see the same for competitors like Target (TGT) and Macy's (M). He notes Costco (COST) as a strong competitor when it comes to the food space.
