Ahead of June JOLTS data, Noah Yosif from the American Staffing Association says the labor market is "bouncing around a bottom" with employers waiting for improvement to begin rehiring. He points to the passage of "One Big Beautiful Bill" and trade deal agreements as possible catalysts for further labor market growth. Noah adds his thoughts on parts of the labor market experiencing shortages and what to look for in Friday's July jobs report.
