Only a quarter of stocks in the SPX opened higher, just one sign that Kevin Green attributes to the recent rebound rally losing steam. He also notes declining volume since last week as a persistent challenge to bulls seeking to break 6,000 in the index. Small caps show a different story. Kevin points out a bullish cross in the RUT that may usher in a rally with risk for a slight pullback.
