Labor shortages continue in the sector, with 61% of technicians saying it directly impacts their work. 71% of survey respondents say they are not fairly compensated, and only 25% rate their mental health as “very good.” She says Medicaid and Medicare cuts would hit workers hard. She also talks about the adoption of A.I. technology in the industry.
