It's "Scott Bessent to the rescue," says Kevin Hincks. He reports on the 90-day tariff pause between the U.S. and China from the Cboe Global Markets. All baseline tariffs will be lowered to 10%, with U.S. keeping a 20% fentanyl-related charge on China. Kevin says a lot of investors didn't expect to see the "best case scenario" in tariff talks over the weekend and now have to decide where to drive price action. He also has his eyes on economic data ahead, including tomorrow's CPI print.
