The U.S. labor market is showing new momentum after a delayed January jobs report revealed a stronger-than-expected gain of 130,000 jobs. Nicole Bachaud says stabilizing trade policy and earlier rate cuts are rebuilding executive confidence, even as layoffs fade and unemployment appears to be leveling off.
