Kevin Hincks points to the tariff uncertainty and ongoing legal disputes as a headwind facing investors in the new month. While he believes the Supreme Court will rule favorably for the Trump Administration's tariff policy, Kevin says there likely is a "plan B and plan C" ready as well.
