Tesla (TSLA) aims to snap its nine-week losing streak this week. It got a strong start with a premarket rally as the company plans to launch its full-self driving software in China pending regulatory approval. Turning to down arrows, Supermicro (SMCI) traded lower after Goldman Sachs downgraded the stock to sell.
