Ted Weisberg discusses why a 25 basis point cut is the right move this week and names some stock picks. He’s a long time Meta (META) bull and thinks it can continue to climb, calling it “reasonably priced” in the tech sector. He also likes glasses maker Essilor (ESLOY), discussing its vertical integration and expansion. Other picks include Oracle (ORCL) and Chubb (CB). However, he says that dividend stocks will become more desirable as interest rates come down and points investors that way.
