Investors reacted positively on the trade court's decision to block some of President Trump's tariffs. Kevin Green shows how it initially pushed the SPX toward a key resistance level, though uncertainty on tariff policy ahead kept the index from rallying stronger. It's also the reason why gold continues to rally. Kevin also warns of a bearish sign in the 10Y/3M treasury spread even as VIX normalizes.
