Arun Sundaram provides his two cents for Dollar Tree's (DLTR) deal to unload Family Dollar for $1B. The company previously acquired it for $9B in 2015, which Arun says might be one of the "worst retail acquisitions" in recent history. He says Walmart (WMT) is the biggest thorn in the sides of discount retailers like DLTR and Dollar General (DG).
