Morningstar Wealth's Philip Straehl says the recent market bounce back has been driven by a combination of factors, including the pause in U.S.-China trade tensions and the administration's willingness to make agreements. However, he notes that the hard data hasn't hit yet, and there are still concerns about growth and inflation. He's watching the yield curve, which he thinks is sentiment-driven, and is concerned about the effectiveness of fiscal policy in the event of a potential recession.
