Philip Straehl is still waiting for economic data to show tariff impacts. He expects two Fed rate cuts this year, with the first coming in September. Looking at the most recent jobs report, he notes a slowdown but argues it is a “gradual adjustment,” not the economy “falling off a cliff.” He sees opportunities in healthcare, small caps, and consumer names around the world.
