Stocks remain near all-time highs, despite concerns about a potential small-cap head fake. Kevin Green joins Morning Movers to provide his setup for the week saying all eyes are on interest rates with the Fed meeting on the horizon. A 25-basis-point rate cut is largely priced in, but there's growing chatter about the possibility of a 50-basis-point cut. Meanwhile, Nvidia (NVDA) is under pressure due to reports that China's State Administration for Market Regulation has accused the company of violating anti-monopoly laws related to its acquisition of Mellanox.
