The EV maker's CEO Elon Musk pledged to double U.S. vehicle production within 2 years. The lone laggard among the Mag 7: Apple (AAPL). The iPhone maker is struggling to rebound after announcing a delay to its Siri A.I. deployment. And, Intel (INTC) provided some postmarket pop after appointing a new CEO.
