Several steel and aluminum companies like Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (CLF) and Nucor (NUE) saw double-digit rallies after President Trump announced he will increase steel tariffs to 50%. Diane King Hall goes deeper into the developments. Boeing (BA) pushed higher after BofA upgraded the stock and gave the company a Street-high price target.
