The market is repricing based on Nvidia (NVDA) earnings, fears of an AI bubble, and the Fed, argues Frances Stacy. “Barring a credit event, liquidity staying high, probably this ‘quote unquote’ bubble continues,” she adds. She tells investors to “take smaller bites” and have more risk management in place. A Santa Claus rally is “entirely possible,” she adds, highlighting key levels of support on the SPX.
