The SPX is trading just below its 50-day SMA, a level Kevin Green says is one which historically catches a bid. If it doesn't, he tells investors to brace for sharp downside action. Tech isn't helping as the sectors trades in bear market territory. However, KG notes a technical breakout happening in gold as investors big and small seek alternatives to stocks and treasuries.
