A massive rally in the SPX brought by President Trump's tariff pause on all countries except China created a bullish candle that engulfed bearish action in the previous three sessions. Kevin Green measures the possibility of this being a lift off the bottom. However, a "death cross" in the 50-day SMA appears inevitable, and Kevin adds that he's not confident this action will hold until the SPX crosses back over the 200-day SMA.
