The SPX couldn't breakout to new highs, as Kevin Green points to strong resistance around the milestone level. He still believes technicals remain "pretty decent" across the board, also noting a downtick in puts compared to calls. However, Kevin also urges investors to keep the VVIX to VIX ratio in mind, which shows weakness in the bull run.
