The last time the SPX tested the 200-day SMA was October 2023 when the index bounced higher. Kevin Green says the SPX needs a follow through day on yesterday's rally to keep bears from dragging the index further below the line. On treasuries, Kevin notes that moves from investors show they're looking for more Fed rate cuts than the FOMC hinted at.
