"The tariff gun won't fire as loudly as everyone realizes," argues Jeffrey Small. He believes markets will fall another 5% to 10% at most before hitting a bottom, telling investors that now is the time to buy. He points to Meta Platforms' (META) "epically low" valuation compared to what he believes the company is worth. Jeffrey is also bullish on other Mag 7 names, along with streaming giant Netflix (NFLX), which he expects to weather the tariff storm.
