Stephanie Guichard of The Conference Board reacts to Durable Goods Orders, saying the report shows “caution in the business sector.” Business investment “is not going to be that great going forward, but it’s not going to be that bad either.” She also looks at 2Q CEO confidence, and notes that more are revising capex spending lower that higher for the first time in 5 years.
