As equities fade from Thursday's intraday highs, Joe Mazzola dissects the reaction to yesterday's FOMC decision to keep rates unchanged as well as Fed Chair Jerome Powell's tonality in his press conference. That combined with the latest PCE data leads Joe to believe that the market "might not get a cut." On the tariff front, Joe says the 2Q earnings haven't been fully cycled in but does note more companies like General Motors (GM) factoring in projected effects on the bottom line.
