International markets are retesting highs but the U.S. still can't catch a bid to move higher. George Tsilis points to a lower U.S. dollar paired with stocks as signs investors are moving assets from the states to international companies. He believes it's paramount for the Trump administration to offer tariff relief or positive news on trade deals. That, or interest rate cuts from the Fed, are what George believes will bring confidence back to the states.
