“Earnings are clearly what drive stock prices overall,” says Brandon Pizzurro, reviewing expectations for GDP and corporate profits. He likes emerging markets, citing lowered rates among other factors. Retail investors are continuing to buy the dip, and he says to look to the margins to find names on sale. On the other hand, he doesn’t like small-caps in favor of the tech trade.
