Tariff volatility will reemerge in the short-term, says Phil Palumbo. While he sees stocks taking a hit, Big Tech will rebound and rally with more strength after anticipated volatility cools. After Alphabet's (GOOGL) earnings showed cloud and search strength, Phil expects the stock can climb to $250. He also believes Amazon's (AMZN) AWS platform can accelerate into the back half of the year.
