Gerry O'Shea believes the crypto bills being debated in Congress could provide an on-ramp for millions of crypto users. He addresses the GENIUS Act's importance to not only adoption, but regulation. Gerry says he's not surprised by the back-and-forth nature of debating the bill's details, but believes this is an "apolitical technology."
