Jenny Horne talks about two key A.I. names to watch on Tuesday's session. She first turns to Oracle (ORCL) and reports of the company's involvement in talks to acquire TikTok. If true, the social media giant will add to Oracle's already heavy plate of products. In China, Nvidia (NVDA) sees little demand for its new chip made specifically for the country. Jenny points to competition from Alibaba (BABA) and Huawei adding headwinds to its outlook.
