Oracle (ORCL) received price target hikes from Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan ahead of Tuesday's earnings. Sam Vadas notes bullish takes from the firms in A.I. infrastructure buildout, though it doesn't come without concerns regarding Oracle's current valuation.
