Chad Benyon covers sports betting stocks amid the March Madness tournament. “We’re seeing good volumes, good interactions” on sites like FanDuel, owned by Flutter (FLUT), and DraftKings (DKNG). The companies also plan to spend hundreds of millions on acquiring new customers. DKNG is “more of a pure play on North America,” he says, and is bullish on their “Super App” reducing friction for customers around sports betting laws. Chad likes Wynn Resorts (WYNN), Brightstar Lottery (BRSL) and Churchill Downs (CHDN). Tom White offers an example trade on Flutter.
