Instead, he likes healthcare and industrials and is making a short-term energy play. Within those, he likes biotech and managed care. He thinks the S&P 500 will end the year higher, but warns of a potential downturn beforehand. This week, he’s watching central bank meetings, especially the Fed’s meeting, where it will release a new dot plot. He’s underweight international equities.
