Nvidia (NVDA) will have to pay $5.5 billion for licenses to export its H20 chips, while AMD Inc. (AMD) will pay $800 million. Olivier Blanchard says these companies can absorb these costs without issue if it weren't for the "snowball" of other developments these companies are managing. Olivier believes the tariff picture can be even more complicated if China is more "patient" with negotiations.
