CFRA downgraded Tesla (TSLA) to sell with a $300 price target. CFRA's Garrett Nelson talks about the "red flags" he sees in the stock that he believes are sell-off warning signs. His firm points to Elon Musk's re-upped focus in the company as the driver for Tesla's recent rally that he says is "fully priced in," adding that valuations are far above CFRA's fair value.
