CFRA's Garrett Nelson has a $300 price target and a 3-star rating on Tesla (TSLA). He admits the stock has been an "underperformer" in 2025, but says his concerns now are about the company's 4Q performance in the wake of EV tax credits expiring. Garrett points to market share declines in China and Europe as another area to watch. On Elon Musk, Garrett adds that he's alienated a lot of consumers on both sides of the political spectrum which could impact the Tesla brand image.
