“The real reason the market’s rallied is… [analysts] underestimated the power of corporate earnings,” argues Michael Landsberg. He’s worried about parts of AI, including profitless companies, as well as portfolio underexposure or overconcentration in particular names. His stock picks include NextEra Energy (NEE), citing dividend growth and “demographic story.” He also likes Ensign Group (ENSG) in healthcare, and Arista Networks (ANET), which he thinks is “in the bargain bin.”
