The SPX had its first day where it opened and closed above the 200-day SMA since March 6th. Kevin Green says the $4 trillion wall of options that faded in Friday's "triple witching" cleared the way for stabilization. However, he says there needs to be conviction from bulls by using today's consolidation as a stair step to another rally.
