Doug Ramsey says the market's recent selloff could be the "final straw" for the economic expansion. He cites a slowdown in employment growth, a decline in purchasing power, and a turn in the stock market wealth effect as warning signs. He believes the S&P 500's recent high on February 19th could be the top. Ramsey also looks at shorting tech, specifically the QQQ ETF, with a small hedge position in their tactical funds.
