On the tariff front, Kevin dissects the "transactional truce" between the U.S. and China and why it's "all systems go" in the agricultural sector for now. There's not as much confidence in the rare earths industry where stocks like MP Materials (MP) and USA Rare Earth (USAR) continue to sell off.
